Michigan Amateur Hockey Association District 6

All USA Hockey officials must attend an annual seminar in order to be completely registered.  Seminars will be held across the state, beginning in August and continuing through September.  The seminar schedule can be seen by following the links below.

Seminar Registration will be open on August 1st.  Registration will be available through this link.

Important Seminar Information:  Pre-registration is required for all Michigan seminars.  All officials should bring a notebook, a pen/pencil, whistle, skates, helmet, protective equipment, and money for lunch.  Also, please use an internet service such as MapQuest to find directions to the seminar location.  More information can be found by clicking on the "more" link.  There will be a $10.00 Seminar/Program fee collected on-line at the time of on-line registration with USAH.  This fee will not be collected at the seminar.

Michigan Screening Program
All Michigan officials, who are 18 years of age or older, must complete the on-line background screening form found here. Once this form is completed and submitted, you will be given the opportunity to print the confirmation form.  Please print this confirmation and bring it with you to your seminar.  You will not be eligible to officiate until this requirement is completed.

• All seminars will start registering at 8:00 am, except August 31, September 6.  These will be from 5:30-10:30 pm.
• Also, note that September 15, Kalamazoo, will start at 9:00 am.
